Sports betting brand, 22BET, has signed up as front-of-shirt sponsor of Nigeria Professional Football League side, Kwara United.
22BET announced the sponsorship via their Twitter handle @22BET.
It is the first time Kwara United will be offering its front-of-shirt to a betting brand.
The deal represents an opportunity to boost brand awareness for the 22BET brand, which is in making its entry into the saturated sports industry.
Financial details were not disclosed, but it covers the 2022/23 NPFL season.
It is a big move for Kwara United which played at the CAF Confederation Cup earlier.
